In recent times the drill scene in Kumasi, Ghana, popularly known as “Asakaa” has become a focal point in the Ghana music industry and has gained wide recognition internationally, mostly in the UK.
This new wave is presenting a change to the narrative and turning media attention to the Garden city of Kumasi.The song , “EKORSO” talks about the street grind and also portrays the resilient spirit of the youth’s ambition to win regardless of the circumstances in which they find themselves in.
