Another Hiplife jam from the camp of King Paluta is unlocked, titled “For the Popping” (Apicki).
“Everybody, this is for the popping” comes in as a party song for people in a celebratory mood after achieving a milestone. The song highlights spending money as a way to fulfill and enjoy success.
The instrumentals feature upbeat, rhythmic beats with a fusion of African drums and synthesizers, topped with a lyrical delivery that showcases King Paluta’s vocal talent on a party vibe.
Unlike the typical King Paluta hit that’s well embraced across the board, this one has been met with mixed feelings. However, we are certain the song will grow on people over time, and could surprise many after December 7th and during the Christmas festive season.
